"I believe that massage is a powerful tool for personal health"
Benefits of massage include:* Calms the central nervous system
Massage can be an important part of a fitness or sports program, helping you achieve your performance goals with minimal injury and pain.
Massage promotes better sleep, improved concentration, and reduced anxiety. It helps create an overall sense of well-being.
Debbie offers several popular styles of massage, and each one has its own unique character and techniques:
Swedish Massage consists of long strokes and utilizes effleurage, kneading, vibration, friction and percussion techniques. It is effective for general relaxation.
Hot Stone Massage uses basic Swedish Massage, along with heated stones. Debbie’s therapeutic techniques are designed to improve most major systems, such as skeletal, nervous, circulatory, digestive and muscular. Excellent for the neck, shoulder, low back, migraines and muscle tension.
Deep Tissue Massage works deeply into muscles and connective tissue called fascia. This helps release chronic aches and adhesion. Fascial restriction pulls the body out of alignment, and can lead to muscle imbalances, reduced flexibility, nerve compression, and posture restriction.
Lypossage is a body contouring treatment that cleanses the body of stagnant, stalled lymphatic fluid. Lypossage tones the muscles, lifting and firming sagging tissue while clearing the lymphatic system.
