Utilizing short strokes on different muscle groups helps stimulate circulation, relaxes muscles and reduces inflammation. To put your body in a state of rest and digest at the end of the massage, Debbie uses a cold stone to help set your body in a state of fight or flight which helps you feel refreshed and renewed."As a practitioner, I feel it is beneficial to massage with warm stones on regular basis. It relaxes the muscles, making them pliable, and it also helps to release toxins."
